An Ode to Laziness

I seriously feel like doing nothing today

I just want to be lazy, I say

When I’m busy, I run, run, run

and get things done

But when I’m free

I am nothing like a busy bee

I procrastinate

I cease to do like water, stagnate

I do everything I can to delay

Put off an essay

I stall and stall and stall

Indeed, the gall!

I sadly temporize

Yes, I know it’s not advise

I am lazy

But here my plea

I seriously feel like doing nothing today
